TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Kira SAS (“Kira,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including Kira Studio and Kira Multiply (the “Services”).

By creating an account, using our Services, or signing an Order Form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. THE SERVICES

Kira provides software tools that enable brands and businesses to:

• generate high-quality visual assets from product packshots and briefs;
• adapt and multiply visuals into campaign-ready variants;

The Services are provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS) through our web platform and related interfaces.

2. ACCOUNTS & ELIGIBILITY

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS, FEES & PAYMENT

• Certain features of the Services are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are specified at the time of purchase.
• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle.
